1: Electroplating
The process of attaching a metal film to the surface of metal by electrolysis to prevent corrosion A technology that can improve weldability, conductivity and beauty. Usually electroplated with gold, silver, nickel, zinc and tin.

2: Anodic oxidation
It is mainly the anodizing of aluminum, which uses the electrochemical principle to generate a layer of alumina film on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloy. This oxide film has special characteristics such as protection, decoration, insulation and wear resistance

3: Electrophoresis
For stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc., it can make the products present various colors, maintain metal luster, enhance surface performance and have good anti-corrosion performance.

4. Micro arc oxidation
In the electrolyte solution (usually weak alkaline solution), a high voltage is applied to form a ceramic surface film layer, which is the result of the synergy between physical discharge and electrochemical oxidation.

5. PVD vacuum plating
Physical vapor deposition is a technology that mainly uses physical processes to deposit thin films.

6. Powder spraying
Powder coating is sprayed on the surface of the workpiece by powder spraying equipment (electrostatic plastic spraying machine). Under the action of static electricity, the powder will be evenly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece to form a powdery coating; After high temperature baking, leveling and curing, the powder coating becomes the final coating with different effects (different kinds of effects of powder coating).

7. Metal wire drawing
It is a surface treatment method that forms lines on the surface of the workpiece by grinding products to achieve decorative effect. According to the different lines after wire drawing, it can be divided into: straight line wire drawing, random line wire drawing, ripple and spiral line.

8. Sandblasting
It is a process that uses compressed air as power to form a high-speed jet beam to spray the sprayed material to the surface of the workpiece to be treated at high speed, so as to change the appearance or shape of the outer surface of the workpiece surface and obtain a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness.

9. Polishing
The modification of the workpiece surface by using flexible polishing tools and abrasive particles or other polishing media.
