Surface treatment of metal stamping parts

Why is the surface quality of metal stamping parts poor? There are many reasons for the surface quality problems of stamping parts. For example, the surface quality of coil, sheet and die will affect the quality of stamping parts. The operation in the stamping process and the clamping, taking and unloading of station instruments may also damage the surface quality of stamping parts. Therefore, the details should be fully considered in each link of the whole manufacturing process to avoid quality problems and affect the appearance of products.

Hardware surface treatment;

1. Surface polishing processing: surface polishing processing is generally used for a long time in daily necessities. Through the surface burr treatment of hardware products, for example, we produce a comb. The comb is a hardware part made by stamping, so the edges and corners of the stamped comb are very sharp. We * should polish the sharp parts of the edges and corners into a smooth face,

2. Painting processing: the hardware factory adopts painting processing when producing large hardware finished products. Through painting processing, the hardware can avoid rust, such as daily necessities, electrical enclosures, handicrafts, etc.

3. Electroplating: electroplating is also a common processing technology for hardware processing. Electroplating the surface of hardware parts through modern technology to ensure that the products will not be mildewed and embroidered after long-term use. Common electroplating processing include screws, stamping parts, battery chips, car parts, trinkets, etc.

Common undesirable phenomena of coil material:

1. Foreign matters are mixed on the surface or inside of the steel plate;

2. Foreign matters peel off and the coil material is in the state of scar; Bad coil material

3. The edges and corners of the coil are damaged;

4. The corner (20 ~ 30mm) is deformed or wrinkled due to uneven stress;

5. Scratch (caused by roller surface or other substances);

6. Caused by roller sliding;

7. Irregular edge damage;

8. After the foreign matter enters, press out the drum on the back of the coil (the foreign matter will disappear if it falls); 9. Roller marks (caused by foreign matters adhering to the roller); 10. Poor materials beyond the rules;
