Why we stick with Copper 

We get asked sometimes why we don't just push aluminum to save a few bucks. Simple answer: Copper handles the load better.

It pulls heat away from the cells faster than almost anything else. And in an EV? Heat is the enemy. Our copper busbars and terminals are built to take the constant vibration and high-current draw without flinching. No one wants a loose connection rattling around under the chassis.

What we actually make

We’re not just cutting metal. We’re solving fitment issues for engineers like you.

The Busbars:​ We do both the rigid ones and the flexible laminated types. The flexible ones are great for dealing with tolerances in the pack—lets you move things around a bit during assembly without stressing the joints.

The CCS Modules:​ This is where it gets interesting. We integrate the FPC circuits and temp sensors right onto the busbar. It saves you a ton of time on the assembly line because you’re plugging in one unit instead of ten.

The Heavy-Duty Stuff:​ High-voltage connectors and terminals that won't strip out or lose conductivity after a few thousand miles.

The "Real Factory" Check

We’re not a trading company with a nice catalog. We’re the guys on the factory floor.

We check every batch for dimensional accuracy. We plate them—tin, nickel, whatever your spec requires—to stop oxidation. Because nothing sucks more than trying to weld a terminal that’s already started to tarnish.
